By accessing or using GoBlog ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Service Description

GoBlog is an AI-powered blog automation platform. The Service provides automated content strategy, article writing, SEO optimization, and publishing to connected platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and Notion. Content is generated using large language models and may require review before publication. GoBlog does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes from generated content.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@goblog.ai.
• You may not share your account with others or allow third parties to access the Service through your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GoBlog to:

• Generate or publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the Service to generate content promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content generated through GoBlog on your behalf. By using the Service, you grant GoBlog a limited license to process your inputs and publish content to your connected platforms as directed by you. The GoBlog platform, including its interface, algorithms, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of GoBlog and its licensors.

6. Billing & Cancellation

• GoBlog offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Pricing is available on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods or unused article generation credits.
• GoBlog reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice sent to your registered email.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated content is provided "as is." You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before it is published. GoBlog is not liable for any damages arising from the publication of AI-generated content, including but not limited to reputational damage, inaccuracies, or intellectual property claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoBlog's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

GoBlog reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
